The vehicle is delivered clean, well maintained, and ready for comfortable travel. Driver must present a valid driving licence and ID/passport at pickup. The car should be returned with the same fuel level as received. Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed. Pickup and drop-off are available by prior arrangement, and guests are kindly asked to inform us of their arrival or departure time in advance for smooth coordination.

The supplier will hold a deposit of €300 on your card when you pick up the car. If no charges are incurred after the rental, it will be released within 30 days.

80% deduction will apply if canceled within 12 hours of the rental start time.

50% deduction will be issued if canceled between 24 and 12 hours prior to the rental start time.

Pickup is available by prior arrangement at the agreed location. Please share your arrival time or travel details in advance so we can coordinate the handover smoothly. At pickup, the renter must present a valid driving licence and ID/passport. The vehicle will be delivered after a short check and confirmation of the booking details.
